Tom Franklyn, an attractive, ponytailed guy in his late 30’s is an Engineering Operations Manager who has recently been transferred to another of his employers’ locations, which means he’s on the lookout for a place nearer to where he’ll be working. Naturally, his firm will cover his moving expenses and recommended a particular letting agent to assist in his search for a suitable property to rent. Cue Becky Stuart, a very attractive, blonde-haired woman in her early 30’s, highly experienced in finding places to her clients’ specifications no matter how long it takes; she’s persistent, charming and won’t give up easily.
After a couple of weeks searching, Becky finds the perfect property for Tom, but they also find an attraction to one another that blossoms very quickly into a relationship that feeds both their desires for obedience and discipline in their lives she likes to dominate men whilst he prefers to be dominated by a woman and it doesn’t take long before their appetites are fed from the things they love the most.
Once she realises that Tom wants her to be in charge of their relationship, Becky takes full advantage of the situation, steering her new toy through a series of challenges to test his loyalty and obedience to her whims, tasks that Tom isn’t used to, but which he performs all the same if it makes his mistress happy. What he doesn’t realise at first is that these are the very things he’s always wanted and it’s only after doing them that his reservations are quashed. There are some surprises along the way, but these too are mere tests to see if Tom really is the right man for Becky.

I was disappointed by what was described on the back cover as a "series of challenges to test his loyalty and obedience." It seemed more like just two or three. Well written and proofed. The author obviously had a well thought out plot and did not just write as the story went along. For someone who likes female domination and female led relationships they will like this 110 page book. I mention the pages because you do not want to peek ahead which I am glad I did not do this time.My suggestion is conditional: Buy this book only if there has been at least one sequel. Maybe that will let us know what Becky did with Tom's laptop and the files under discussion. I believe the wise Becky sent them to her own computer so she could study them and make use of the knowledge gained in the coming year and beyond. Then she deleted them from his laptop. Ideally though there should be three sequels: The next year starting with his job interview and concluding with Tom's gift, the time leading up to the ceremony and of course the ceremony itself, and finishing up with at least a few months after the ceremony.
I will say that while I did not immediately go order the author's Femanistria five book series (too sci-fi/alternate universe for me), I will process my next order which includes A New Life Realised and the four book series The Birchwood Girl by the same author. That should tell you something about how well I liked this book. LAL

Tom is looking for a house to rent and at same time a woman to dominate him. He then meets Becky who is the answer to both .She learns of his desires and acts on them. Thru spanking,caning Tom finds his true love and is soon transformed into Jessica .This story keeps you interested from page one to the end with a surprise ending which couldn't be any better.

The name of the author clued me into what to expect from this novel. I was not disappointed in the least and I enjoyed vicariously what Tom experienced in person.
